With the Kano ESD, BIRKENSTOCK offers a winning combination of comfort and safety for sensitive feet – designed specifically with sensitive work areas in the semiconductor industry in mind. Its adjustable backstrap prevents the heel from slipping and offers added side support together with the two instep straps. The specially developed PU sole guarantees permanently gentle discharge and protects sensitive parts. All BIRKENSTOCK ESD models are tested in accordance with the requirements of EN 61340 and meet the ESD requirements of 1.0 × 105 to 3.5 × 107 ohms
